I've had people ask me for pictures of our winter, but, although I *guess* it's pretty, I think summer is our prettiest season. What I thought might be a nice idea is to let people see something of our seasons through pictures since we run the gamut. So here are some of the photos I've started to take of them.

This is our front yard in January 1999.

This is our backyard in January 1999. We got a bit of snow in January this year!

And the sidewalk, which was so much fun to shovel off!

Here I tried to catch a picture of it snowing.

And it was still snowing a couple of hours later. It seemed to snow almost every day for a while there.

Felt like giving up on ever using my swing again!

Luckily I have a dedicated mailman!

This is the only thing I ever saw, having to do with snow, that even I thought looked pretty. These are two of the trees in our front yard.

I took this picture near my brother's house in April 1999. I believe it's a Crabapple Tree. It sure was beautiful in full bloom.

Here is a beautiful picture of an azalea taken on the last day of April 1999.

This is near my father's house. I took this in May 1999.

This is the same place toward the end of June 1999.

And another view of it, still in June 1999.

My roses are doing wonderfully this summer.

These were taken the middle of June 1999.

Michigan is at its best in the summer. I'll try to get some pictures of the water sports to put up here soon. Shouldn't be too hard, since it will soon be the the 4th of July weekend and around here it is celebrated with a big emphasis on water and the outdoors.
Until then-take care!
